NYtimes conversations

A beautifully simple flash site with famous people sharing the passions of their lives.
http://www.nytimesconversations.com/
Two things that stand out:
1) Relevant links display in sync with the conversational videos eg. when Kenneth Cole mentions ‘baseball’, a link to a nytimes.com story about baseball fades in below the player. Behind the scenes XML loads article links based on cue points - really cool.
2) We are in a digital conversation age. And although the videos are more monologue than dialog they are a spring board to the NYTimes conversation campaign. Grabbing ahold of the equity of ‘conversation’ and evolving a traditional media giant.
