&lt;p&gt;to go legit I think apple would have to first release a firmware update that adds video functionality AND then qik would need to get their &lt;i&gt;approved&lt;/i&gt; app into the store (if they haven't upset apple TOO much with all their "jailbreak" users).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then you'll be live 24/7.  congrats on the 20 in their Twenties honor!&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>When I did www.justin.tv/ramsey -- it was an amazing feat that the technology was even there to broadcast live video anywhere you went.  Qik is truly amazing with regards to the fact it's even possible.

However, you really need a Nokia phone in order use qik.  Otherwise you have to "jailbreak" your iPhone. Regardless, I've followed and several live tech events from people using qik and it's a great service. I just hope they find someone to make it into the App store and become a legit app.  If that happens... watch out... I may return to lifecasting... :)</description>
