Twine

The makers of Twine are on the leading edge of the semantic web (what a majority of people say is “web 3.0″).
Its pretty brain racking, but the semantic web is basically a way of marking up content in a similar way we store information – subject, predicate, object. Connecting people and context to objects to add more meaning.
