LionShare Marketing

Throughout LionShare’s philosophies there were opposing beliefs, and in the middle was the client. A client with very strong personalities of likes, dislikes, vision, and ideals. We were given a hefty challenge for this mid-sized marketing shop in Kansas. A project that leaned heavily on client collaboration. Resulting in a solution that is speaking volumes for the client and OnTarget Interactive.

Background
Lionshare had worked with a couple different agencies burning up a lot of their resources for this project. They had strong positioning statements for who they are and how they work - a partner, not a vendor, fierce AND nurturing.
Objectives
Communicate the contrast and balance of the company essence (dichotomies). To represent LionShare as a creative, fierce, passionate, and dynamic firm. To intrigue the visitor to explore the site and ultimately partner with LionShare.
Solution
Through visual metaphors we linked the essence stories together from dichotmoy, to partnership, to pain, and philosophy. Used an XML admin for press, and career postings and Google Anyalytics inside flash to measure results.
The finished site communicates the personality and essence of LionShare, so much so that they use it during interviews to measure compatibility. In addition to client success the site showcases our own capabilities. Its work we’re both very proud of. Work that continues to get us both work.
